Senior Manager of Information Technology (IT)

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide strategic and operational leadership of IT functions across all manufacturing sites. + Ensure reliable IT services and infrastructure that support plant operations, production scheduling, and overall technical management. + Standardize systems, tools, and security protocols across facilities to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. + Lead implementation and support of enterprise systems such as ERP (Epicor), MES, and SCADA. + Partner with plant managers and operations teams to align IT with production goals and continuous improvement initiatives. + Lead and develop IT staff. + Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, CMMC) and oversee cybersecurity efforts across the enterprise. + Develop and manage the IT budget and capital planning for multi-site needs. + Maintain vendor relationships and service-level agreements for software, hardware, and managed services. + Travel between sites regularly to ensure consistent service delivery and support local IT needs.
