Become a
Senior Manager, Digital Products
at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the development of our digital product strategy and capabilities across all digital self-service channels – including web, mobile, and conversational AI platforms – to drive innovative customer solutions and deliver exceptional user experiences.
This role is centered on the successful evolution of our digital products over their lifecycle, ensuring they continuously meet evolving business and user needs. You will be responsible for defining the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for our digital product portfolio, identifying key opportunities to leverage technology to solve customer problems and drive business value. A critical part of your role will be to serve as a strong proponent for our customers and their experience using our products and services, championing their needs throughout the product development process.
You will guide a team of talented digital product managers to deliver an omni-channel product roadmap that seamlessly integrates new technologies, working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. IT, Operations, Insights and Analytics, Corporate Communications, Marketing) to continuously improve the user experience, customer engagement, and self-service adoption. While overseeing the execution of this roadmap, you will champion modern product discovery and delivery practices. You will drive accountability with the product team and key stakeholders to make significant, measurable impact on KPIs for product adoption, channel optimization, and customer satisfaction.
This role sits at the intersection of digital product strategy and delivery leadership. While responsible for the strategic direction of our digital products and defining what products and features will be built to meet customer needs and business outcomes, the Senior Manager will also ensure efficient and effective execution of the product roadmap, working closely with our IT and project management partners. Success in this role requires a product-centric mindset focused on delivering value to users and the business over the product's lifecycle, rather than solely on project timelines and budgets. The team currently consists of six digital product managers, each focusing on specific areas including Account Management/Billing & Payment, Usage & Cost, Start/Stop/New Service, Outages, and Programs.
As a
