The Instructor is tasked with delivering high-quality, engaging, and effective training sessions on GEV AEMS Reliance and future GridOS AEMS products. This role involves educating a diverse group of learners to equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills to efficiently utilize the software. Responsibilities include crafting an interactive and supportive learning environment using various teaching methods such as lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises. The Instructor maintains up-to-date course materials and collaborates with the Content/Curriculum Development team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of content.

In addition, the Instructor assesses participant progress, provides constructive feedback, and continuously enhances their own knowledge to remain abreast of the latest software features and best practices. Through ongoing collaboration with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), the Instructor ensures that the training aligns with organizational goals and addresses user needs effectively.Job Description

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is $128,000USD - $172,000USD. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
