Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Senior Landscape Crew Member to join our maintenance team. This is a hands-on field role for someone with strong landscape maintenance experience—who may not be ready to lead a crew but can work independently, mentor less experienced team members, and take ownership of job quality.

Responsibilities:

•

Perform all aspects of landscape maintenance: mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, pruning, planting, and seasonal cleanup

•

Operate commercial-grade mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment

•

Work from property notes and direction to complete work with minimal supervision

•

Identify and report landscape issues such as irrigation concerns, pests, or plant health problems

•

Maintain a professional demeanor with clients and coworkers

•

Ensure job site cleanliness and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

•

Minimum 3–5 years of professional landscape maintenance experience

•

Strong knowledge of plant care, mowing patterns, and proper pruning techniques

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•

Attention to detail and pride in a job well done

•

Valid driver’s license preferred; hoisting or DOT card a plus
