Responsible for coordinating and managing complex technology projects from development through completion. Ensures project completion within the defined scope of work, including cost and schedule, by serving as the primary point of contact. Manages vendor relationships and coordinates the allocation of project resources and workflow.
Manages, coordinates and monitors technology projects from initiation through delivery and closeout. Serves as a liaison between Business department and IT&T in order to meet project requirements and targets.
Ensures adherence to corporate guidelines for Project Management and Controls.
Leads project planning and the development of business requirements.
Manages complex projects involving multiple work streams, including contractors or offshore/remote project teams.
Develops and maintains a project plan, including cost estimates and project schedule.
Assembles and leads cross-functional project teams to ensure quality project deliverables.
Ensures that projects are completed on schedule, within budget and according to corporate plan.
Monitors project deliverables and progress through ongoing communication with project members and stakeholders.
Communicates project risks and works to mitigate risks throughout the project.
Communicates project status, issues and risks to project stakeholders.
Oversees the work of contractors and service providers, and works to ensure ongoing availability of both Business and IT&T resources to meet project needs.
Bachelor’s Degree in the area of specialty and 6 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced knowledge of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC) methodologies. Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, human relations and organization skills. Able to resolve problems in a timely manner. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is required.
Annual Salary: $119,400 (Min) to $140,400 (Mid); Up to 15% Short Term Incentive Plan target opportunity at the discretion of the company. This is a non-represented position.
