Overview:

The IS Delivery Pre-Construction Senior Estimator is responsible for developing policies for preparing cost estimates for product manufacturing and services.

Responsibilities:

- Assess the cost-effectiveness of products and services.

- Track actual costs as the project develops.

- Collaborate with leaders from other departments to formulate estimates and resolve issues.

- Assess cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentations.

- Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.

- Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.

Qualifications:

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience.

- Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.

- Able to perform complex tasks typically following established processes.

- Possesses effective leadership and organization skills.

- Ability to exercise good judgement and creativity.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.

- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Travel Requirements

- 5-10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.
