Senior Financial Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions.

- Develop and maintain financial models for various business scenarios.

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, utilizing tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Tableau for data visualization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.

- Utilize ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) to manage financial data efficiently.

- Perform audits of financial processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

- Assist in the implementation of business intelligence solutions to enhance reporting capabilities.

- Research market trends and provide insights on potential investments within the financial services sector.

Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and VBA programming.

- Experience with databases and SQL for data management and analysis.

- Familiarity with accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics GP, Hyperion, or similar ERP systems.

- Strong analytical skills with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

- Ability to visualize data effectively using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; bilingual in French is a plus.

- Strong math skills with a solid understanding of accounting principles.

- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
