Position Summary

In this role, you will be a key player in supporting our finance leadership team by providing in-depth financial analysis, strategic insights, and reporting. You will be integral in our budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying opportunities for margin optimization, cost management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

•

Develop, interpret, and implement complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.

•

Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable recommendations to senior management.

•

Prepare detailed financial reports, including variance analysis and financial performance summaries.

•

Act as a finance business partner for General Management, enhancing their financial awareness and supporting data-driven decision-making to drive profit growth.

•

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and drive process improvements.

•

Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex financial data and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

•

Demonstrate commercial curiosity and provide innovative solutions to improve financial performance.

•

Develop and maintain executive dashboards/scorecards to consolidate key performance metrics, both financial and non-financial, with insightful interpretation and commentary.

•

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and business reviews.

•

Identify and implement opportunities for automating financial processes and improving efficiency.

•

Participate in the implementation of new technology, ensuring effective data visualization and understanding by the field.

•

Prepare presentations for board meetings, budgeting, and strategy sessions.

•

Lead special projects, analysis, and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

•

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

•

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical finance or accounting role.

•

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

•

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

•

Experience with BI tools such as Power BI & Qlikview; advanced proficiency in financial software and tools, such as financial planning software, and ERP systems.

•

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

•

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
