Nextracker is seeking a highly skilled

to join our team in Fremont, CA. This role is pivotal to the safe and effective deployment of specialized solar tracking equipment in support of R&D and field validation activities. We’re looking for an experienced operator who can lead by example, train others, and take ownership of equipment operations with a strong safety-first mindset.
