Titan Energy has an immediate Energy Consultant opening at its Hartford, CT headquarters. The Energy Consultant will develop new commercial and industrial sales opportunities and help identify and communicate energy management strategies. Titan Energy is seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic and outgoing individual interested in a high upside growth opportunity with a well-respected, industry leading energy consulting organization.
Type of Employment: Full Time – Independent Sales
- Drive sales by communicating value proposals of Titan Energy’s electricity, natural gas, efficiency and renewable product offerings
- Source new sales opportunities and generate leads through outbound calls, emails and other methods as necessary
- Research potential accounts, geotarget and identify customer base to build clientele base in target market
- Collaborate with Titan Energy market support in developing client-tailored sales strategy and pricing options, as well as administration of customer-specific contractual requirements
- Maintain consistent and thorough understanding of energy market indicators, prices, regulations and industry trends
- Interface with Titan Energy client services desk to maintain superior customer support
- Partner with market development in engaging and seeking additional target markets and business development opportunities
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably with commercial customer base- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to condense technical information in a straightforward, concise manner
- Proven track record of developing, building upon and managing a strong customer base
- Ability to meet or exceed sales expectations on monthly basis
- Demonstrated network of target market relationships and contacts
