In this role, you’ll develop new commercial and industrial sales opportunities while helping clients identify and implement effective energy management strategies. Type of Employment: Full Time – Independent Sales

Department: Sales and Market Development

Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Drive sales growth by effectively communicating the value of Titan Energy’s electricity, natural gas, energy efficiency, and renewable energy solutions.

- Proactively source new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and other strategic outreach methods.

- Research and identify potential clients within target markets, using geographic and market data to expand Titan Energy’s customer base.

- Collaborate with Titan Energy’s Market Support Team to develop tailored sales strategies, customized pricing options, and manage customer-specific contractual requirements.

- Maintain a strong and current understanding of energy market indicators, pricing trends, regulatory developments, and industry dynamics.

- Partner with Titan Energy’s Client Services Team to ensure superior customer support and long-term client satisfaction.

- Work closely with the Market Support Team to identify and pursue new business development opportunities and emerging target markets.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree required.

- Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience, preferably serving a commercial customer base.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, concise messaging.

- Proven success in developing, expanding, and managing a strong customer portfolio.

- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.

- Established network of relationships and contacts within target markets.
