Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and project management. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

•

Supervise and lead a team of electricians on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

•

Manage project schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines.

•

Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and communication on-site.

•

Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure accurate execution of work.

•

Utilize construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid and Prolog for project planning and budgeting.

•

Conduct regular inspections of work performed by the team to ensure quality standards are met.

•

Provide training and mentorship to junior electricians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

•

Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, material usage, and labor hours.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.

•

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.

•

Proficiency in construction estimating software (HeavyBid, Prolog) and project management tools (Bluebeam).

•

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.

•

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

•

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

•

Experience in pipeline construction is a plus but not required.

•

A commitment to safety practices on the construction site is essential.
