This position is within our Infrastructure and Natural Resources Business Unit, where we support clients across various industries by delivering effective, responsive, and safe solutions. This full-time position requires approximately 40 to 45 hours per week and involves a blend of project management, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this opportunity is ideal for you.
- Developing project solutions and addressing infrastructure needs and improvements for utility districts, municipalities, and private clients.
- Mentoring project team members.
- Managing projects, coordinating with clients, preparing proposals and fee estimates.
- Performing and reviewing design calculations.
- Overseeing figure preparation.
- Preparing plan sets.
- Developing construction cost estimates.
- Preparing permit applications.
- Supporting business development opportunities for a variety of infrastructure-related projects.- You have 15 to 25+ years of relevant engineering design experience, such as designing civil infrastructure and water and/or wastewater systems, stormwater drainage, rural and urban roads, water resources, and site development projects
- You are a licensed professional engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas or can obtain licensure within 6 months
