- Ensures corporate quality procedures and standards are followed.
- Provides technical direction to and mentors less experienced engineers.
- Perform project functions related to the production of civil engineering plans.
- Meets client quality, schedule, and budgetary expectation.

- Gather information and prepare technical engineering submissions, reports, letters to agencies (response to comments), regarding project submittals
- Develop erosion and sediment control and stormwater management design plans, perform calculations using HydroCad and other software
- Without guidance, prepare engineering plans, application forms, and other necessary documents required for local, state, and federal permits.
- Experience preparing NPDES and ESCGP-4 packages and submissions
- Perform quantity estimates and construction bid tabs for projects.
- Participate in field visits and client meetings as required.
- Compile and submit permit packages to state agencies, specifically GP permits, ESCGP4, NPDES Permits, Grading Plans, site specific ES plans
- Registered Professional Engineer required.
- B.S. in civil engineering or similar field from an accredited university. Applicable industry experience may be substituted at the discretion of senior management.
- 6+ years of civil site engineering experience.- SWM Plan Reviewer experience.
- Project Management experience.
- Candidate should be proficient with utilizing design software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD
- Plan and construction documents preparation (engineering analysis, plans, reports, specifications and cost estimate).
- Demonstrated experience with grading and drainage.
- Proficient with stormwater management/best management practices.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and oversee work of less experienced engineers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook).
- Experience with PA, WV, OH, IN and/or VA permitting requirements and state agencies.
