Become a Performance Management Senior Advisor at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. As a Performance Management Senior Advisor, you will lead efforts with OU senior executive leaders, stakeholders, and Operations SMEs to develop and implement improved performance management practices across operating units.

You will facilitate senior management OU level operations performance reviews and provide guidance to ensure linkage of OU-level reviews with the enterprise level KPIs as well as provide direction to and drive interactions with OU performance management organizations to ensure tracking and reporting on metrics, build out capabilities to conduct root cause analyses, and identify and prioritize corrective actions.

This Senior Advisor position will also identify and support continuous improvement efforts to advance and mature processes to improve the efficiency, quality, and timeliness of goal reporting activities.

Additional responsibilities include facilitation of monthly OU senior leadership performance reviews, participation in twice-monthly Operations Review Forums, including coordination support, and communicating follow up actions to ensure monthly performance explanations are accurate, meaningful, and succinct.
