Are you a motivated Senior Accountant looking to make a big impact in a fast-growing company? We’re seeking a hands-on accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to help shape scalable finance processes across multiple business units.
In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to our growing finance and accounting team, taking ownership of core accounting activities, driving process improvements, and collaborating with business leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes in compliance with GAAP, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, intercompany transactions, and fixed assets.
- Lead month-end close activities and support project accounting.
- Prepare and analyze reports, including ad hoc financial analysis, bank reconciliations, and cash balance forecasts.
- Drive process improvements by documenting, standardizing, and enhancing accounting procedures and efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies.
- Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate recording of transactions to support project accounting and the accounting close.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with intercompany reconciliations and foreign currency transactions (preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- CPA designation (preferred).
