- Producing monthly and annual financial statements for multiple companies.
- Reviewing and analyzing financials and account activity.
- Preparing financial analyses and reports.
- Preparing and/or reviewing journal entries and ensure all entries are adequately supported, as per procedures.
- Preparing company forecasts for management.
- Performing and/or reviewing account reconciliations.
- Validating data against system reports.
- Verifying that controls and processes have been followed.
- Working with operations and/or vendors/customers to problem-solve.
- Assisting with year-end reporting, including overseeing the issuance of 1099s.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent education with three to five (3-5) years of experience; an equivalent combination of education, experience and/or abilities may be considered.
- Ability to read basic professional documents (invoices, various financial statements, emails).
- Ability to correspond in an informative professional manner.
- Ability to calculate financial amounts and indicators.
- Ability to research and interpret rules and regulations to solve complex issues.
- Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.
