We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the security operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage conflict effectively. Duties

•

Supervise security personnel and ensure adherence to established protocols and procedures.

•

Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards.

•

Manage surveillance operations, including monitoring CCTV systems to detect and respond to incidents.

•

Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and ensure asset protection.

•

Provide training and guidance on conflict management techniques to security staff.

•

Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as necessary until professional help arrives.

•

Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security activities.

•

Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, fostering positive relationships for effective communication.

Experience

•

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security industry or law enforcement.

•

Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, including CCTV operations.

•

Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred; additional certifications in conflict management are a plus.

•

Experience in loss prevention strategies and techniques.

•

Military background is advantageous but not mandatory.

•

Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
