Role Overview
We are seeking an Analyst to join our Insights & Analytics team to support clients, client briefings, and the foundational knowledge for our AI workers. The overall mission is to equip law firm partners and leaders with high-consequence, decision-ready strategic intelligence to help them:
•To win and defend high-value client work
•To secure and expand strategic client relationships
•To navigate competitor moves and market disruption
•Make forward-looking decisions and investments for competitive advantage
We will be creating structured deliverables across law firm, client/sector, and opportunity frames. The Analyst will develop insight assets for clients and industry sectors. They will produce Teardowns, Sector Radars, and support Opportunity Briefs that drive practice and account strategy for client firms.

Key Responsibilities
Client Intelligence
•Own full lifecycle of Client Teardowns (research, interview, analyze, write)
•Conduct intelligence interviews with partners
•Identify whitespace, growth levers, and trust risk factors
Sector Scanning
•Lead Sector Radar development for assigned sectors
•Track legal-relevant trends and translate them into practice opportunities
•Build trend pipelines and refresh quarterly
Opportunity Brief Support
•Own or assist with high-priority briefs linked to pursuits
•Apply firm/client/market data to live opportunities
•Generate hypotheses, storylines, and pitch ideas
Ideal Candidate Profile
•Professional services experience required. Law firm experience preferred
•3–5 years in BD, consulting, or strategic research — ideally sector-focused
•Strong grasp of client business models and PSO buying patterns; regulatory literacy a plus
•Structured thinker, proactive communicator, coachable
•Can synthesize a strategy deck, investor call, and matter list into 3 tight opportunity theses in under a day
•Fluent in the logic of law firm economics, client buying behavior, and partner psychology
•Office 365 suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams), SharePoint, Power BI; familiarity with legal industry data vendors a major plus
•Comfort operating in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment, with a strong bias for action and problem-solving.
•High emotional intelligence, anticipating needs and navigating interpersonal dynamics.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences.
•Experience managing relationships with senior leaders, customers, or investors.
