We are a fully-integrated supplier of manufacturing and engineering services providing steel components and complex, high value-added assemblies for the agricultural, construction, mining, energy, heavy truck and industrial sectors. We are currently seeking Financial Analyst to join our team. This role supports the factory’s consolidation and reporting process, including the monthly/quarterly analysis of operating results, review of data accuracy and integrity in various systems, participation in monthly operating results meetings; and other projects at the request of Corporate.
We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial consolidation and reporting processes, while ensuring accurate and timely analysis to support key decision-making.
Responsibilities:
•Support the factory’s consolidation and reporting process.
•Assist in providing timely and accurate analysis of operating results.
•Act as a key liaison for accurate system reporting between departments and corporate office.
•Participate in monthly operations meetings, understand results and variances, and ensure performance targets are met.
•Assist in internal/external audit processes and provide supporting documentation.
•Support internal management reports and external reporting for Executive Management.
•Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls.
•Assist in the budgeting process and year-end financial reporting.
•Ensure accuracy of data within the ERP system (CMS) and other internal systems.
•Monitor compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
•Participate in project-related analysis and reporting activities.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
•CPA/CMA designation or working toward designation preferred.
•2–4 years of experience in manufacturing accounting or financial analysis.
•Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
•Experience with CMS and related ERP systems.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
•Excellent communication and organizational skills.
•Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
•Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is an asset.
