The Project Scheduler will support a client in the Saskatoon, SK or Regina, SK area (located within Territories included in Treaties 6 and 4 as well as the Homeland of the Metis). Preference will be given to candidates living locally.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Scheduler to develop and maintain project schedules for various construction or engineering projects. The Scheduler will be responsible for creating, updating, and tracking timelines, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently, and identifying potential delays or issues. The role requires close collaboration with project managers and teams to ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on track.

Requirements

+ Expertise in P,6 including coding, templates and portfolio reporting. + Schedule creation, management, and updates. + Critical path analysis, resource allocation. + Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) + Strong verbal and written communication skills, team collaboration + Identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts and risks + Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) + PMP, PMI-SP, or similar certifications (a plus) + High accuracy in managing timelines and deliverables + Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines + Willingness to adjust to changing project needs and processes
