We are a quickly growing company and promote from within. This position is newly available for a Service Department Scheduler at our Naples office. You will work along side other schedulers and report to the service manager and assistant service manager. Your job is to Call, Text, and Email all of our customers to remind them they are due for their generator's service, schedule their appointment, and grab payment information as well as answering incoming calls and requests.
This is a Monday through Friday job 8am - 5pm with availability on Saturdays. New candidates preferred to have experience in the office setting. This is not required, you will be fully trained for your position.
