Job Summary

Dispatcher / Scheduler: Quality Conservation Services (QCS) is a contractor in the Energy Services field. We make homes energy efficient by installing measures such as ceiling insulation, door weather-stripping, energy efficient lighting, new water heaters, new furnaces and other energy saving measures.

MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH)

We have an immediate opening for a dispatcher / scheduler at our Montclair, CA facility. This is an entry level position and requires excellent organization and phone skills. Qualified individuals must have 1+ years customer service experience. Experience in scheduling for a heating and air-conditioning contractor a plus. Knowledge of city permit processes a plus.

Successful candidates often come from fields that use dispatchers.

Responsibilities of our Schedulers:

- Call existing customer to schedule installation of work for crews.

- Call existing customers to schedule city inspections for closing permits.

- Update scheduling databases as needed.

- Create work reports for management as needed.

- Meet daily minimum production goals.

- Show up for work on time and daily.

- Filing and answering phones as needed.

Qualifications & Skills of our Schedulers:

- Ability to communicate well with customers seeking home improvements.

- Must be bi-lingual (English/Spanish)

- Knowledge of general office procedures, email and data processing.

- Solid understanding of MS Word and Excel.

- Ability to sit at a computer and make calls for an extended period.

- Ability to show up for work on time and daily.
