Sanitation Specialist / Portable Toilets Cleaner

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sanitation Worker to join our team in Whitsett, TX. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within our facility, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for food production while on location for our POJ unit rentals. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding industry standards.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of POJ units.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively.

- Handle heavy lifting tasks as required for moving materials or equipment during the sanitation process.

- Fabricate cleaning solutions as needed for various surfaces and equipment.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient sanitation processes are followed.

- Document cleaning activities and report any maintenance needs or safety hazards.

Requirements

- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred.

- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks (up to 50 pounds) safely.

- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation standards.

- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and safety protocols.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays.
