Education Required: High School Diploma

- Ability to work unsupervised

- Ability to handle several tasks at once

- Good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

- To keep clean all working areas of the facility, including reception area, offices, warehouse, laboratories, lunch room and washrooms. Sweeping common work areas daily.

- General maintenance of the facility, including cleaning of all floors, windows, doors, vents, walls, removal of garbage. Changing light bulbs on light fixtures as required.

- Light shoveling as required at entrances. Lawn care in the summer as required.

- Must report to manager, any malfunction of equipment.

- Must keep a cleaning supplies inventory.

- Fill out logs of work performed, as required.

- Abide by cleaning worksheets assigned.

- Any other tasks as determined by Manager/Supervisor.

Hours of work: Monday-Friday-8am-4pm.
