This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Villa Park, IL. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts, prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring that sales targets are met. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries and orders, providing product recommendations, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Proven sales experience and ability to manage customer accounts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking
- Ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Knowledge of metal products and industry-specific trends
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in metal distribution or a related industry is a plus
