Duties

Maintain stock levels and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.

Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Utilize basic math skills for accurate pricing, inventory management, and sales reporting.
•
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
Skills
•
Proficient in POS systems with strong cash handling abilities.
•
Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
•
Experience in retail sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
•
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
•
Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management.
•
Ability to supervise and motivate team members effectively.
•
Knowledge of stock management practices to ensure product availability.
