Corrpro Companies is looking for a Director of Sales for our Energy clients. This is a remote position but you must live near a major airport in the United States
Corrpro is a corrosion engineering, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring business for the protection and preservation of infrastructure. Corrpro provides professional corrosion consulting and cathodic protection engineering services to major oil companies, government agencies, municipal water, sewer and gas utilities, and public transportation agencies. Corrpro Companies is a subsidiary of Azuria Water Solutions Company.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred - 10+ years of sales experience with oil & gas, energy, or engineering consulting clients selling services projects - 7+ years of experience managing and developing sales teams
- Direct technical sales experience with an emphasis on major accounts
- Results oriented sales leader with proven ability to build client relationships and close complex deals
- Knowledge of corrosion protection systems (CP) is a plus
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM, as well as complex spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
- Strong communicator who can lead, motivate, and work independently
- Willingness to travel to client and internal meetings up to 50%

- Lead our sales team of Commercial Managers and drive growth with our top 100 energy clients
- Focus on expanding our customer base, increasing revenue, and strengthening our market position with Corrpro’s oil, gas and power generation clients
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape sales strategies, coach your team, and build lasting client relationships across the United States
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability goals
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that grow our market share with our top clients
- Build strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities with target clients and in target markets
- Ensure the Commercial Managers manage and grow sales opportunities pipeline utilizing our CRM, SalesForce
- Represent Corrpro at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to support proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies
- Track sales performance and ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Stay on top of market trends and competitive insights to guide business strategy
- Partner with other Azuria businesses to cross-sell services and strengthen customer relationships
