Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced RT Level II NDE Technician to join our Corpus Christi, TX team. This role requires a strong background in Computed Radiography (CR) for weld quality assessments and profile/conventional radiographic techniques. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting NDE services in accordance with applicable codes and standards, ensuring the highest quality of inspection results.
Responsibilities:
•Perform RT Level II inspections using CR and conventional radiographic methods, with a focus on weld quality and profile examinations.
•Interpret radiographic images and prepare detailed reports of findings.
•Ensure compliance with applicable codes (e.g., ASME, API) and client specifications.
•Maintain equipment and follow company safety protocols and procedures.
•Travel to job sites across the U.S. (approximately 25% travel required).
•Work collaboratively with project managers, clients, and team members.
Qualifications:
•Valid RT Level II certification in accordance with ASNT SNT-TC-1A or equivalent.
•Demonstrated experience with CR weld quality and profile/conventional RT methods.
•Strong understanding of NDE processes and safety requirements.
•High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training is a plus.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening.
Preferred Skills:
•Familiarity with digital reporting tools and image analysis software.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
