Duties
•Conduct quality inspections on materials and components using nondestructive testing methods.
•Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports documenting findings.
•Fabricate and assemble components as needed, ensuring adherence to specifications.
•Utilize schematics to guide testing processes and troubleshoot issues.
•Solder components when necessary, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
•Maintain knowledge of applicable codes and standards relevant to nondestructive testing.
•Collect data systematically to support quality assurance efforts.
•Collaborate with engineering teams to improve testing processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in quality inspection, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
•Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics effectively.
•Familiarity with surface mount technology and its applications in testing processes is a plus.
•Ability to analyze data accurately and make informed decisions based on findings.
•Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting of test results.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
