Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Row Agent located in Denver, CO, with some work from home acceptable. The Row Agent will be responsible for right-of-way acquisition, surface use agreements, and assisting with permitting. The candidate will work closely with clients to ensure successful project completion and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Experience in right-of-way acquisition, surface use agreements, and landman services

- Permitting experience

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
