Title Agent

Coates Field Service, Inc. is seeking an experienced Title Agent for work in Bryan and Choctaw Counties (Durant and Hugo City) to provide 30 year title research for a natural gas pipeline project. The successful candidate will be well-versed in digital workflows, online and in-person (at county clerk offices) title research, and have proven experience in surface titles for right-of-way acquisition. Position does permit working remote with a need for intermittent courthouse visits.

Per Diem is available if needed.
