Position Summary: We are looking for a reliable and experienced Inspector/Service Technician to join our Arizona-based team. This dual-role position involves conducting detailed inspections, identifying deficiencies or potential problems, and performing repairs or maintenance on roofing or building systems. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and knowledgeable in construction or roofing practices, with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
Key Responsibilities:
•Perform inspections of roofing systems or building components to assess condition and compliance.
•Prepare accurate inspection reports including photographs, written summaries, and recommendations.
•Diagnose and troubleshoot service issues such as leaks, weather damage, or structural deficiencies.
•Perform on-site repairs, preventative maintenance, or component replacement as needed.
•Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to explain findings and recommended solutions.
•Maintain detailed service records and ensure proper documentation for each job.
•Ensure all work is performed safely and meets industry and company standards.
•Stay up to date on local building codes and safety regulations (especially Arizona-specific).
Requirements:
•High school diploma or GED (technical training or trade school a plus).
•2–5 years of experience in roofing, construction, or building maintenance (inspection and service work).
•Strong knowledge of roofing systems, waterproofing, and construction materials.
•Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona’s climate and at heights.
•Valid Arizona driver’s license and clean driving record.
•Familiarity with digital inspection tools, apps, or report software.
•OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.
•Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Working Conditions:
