Job Summary
Command Roofing is a family-owned and operated commercial roofing company, that has been servicing the Southwest OH area for over 40 years. We are a Roofing Technician to join our full-time Service Team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•
Work with foreman to repair different types of commercial roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems.
•
Assist with the cleanliness and maintenance of the job sites.
•
Safely and properly operate tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools, etc.).
•
Follow company’s safety procedures, as well as OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety.
•
Interact and work well with customers, co-workers, managers, and team members
•
Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure project timelines are met.
Required Skills:
•
Be a reliable team member who shows up on time and actively participates in the daily operations of the roofing crew.
•
Experience working on construction sites with a strong understanding of safety practices.
•
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly, repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
•
Must be able to climb 40ft. Ladders.
•
Must work well in a team environment.
•
Ability to operate power tools and hand tools effectively.
•
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
•
Valid drivers license preferred.
•
Comply with OHSA requirements and Company's Drug Free Workplace Policy.

Pay: $17.00 - $28.00 per hour
