We're expanding our roofing department, and we're looking for an experienced Roofing Foreman to take the lead on major roofing mechanical projects in partnership with some of South Florida's biggest roofing contractors.

Position Summary: HVAC Roof Foreman

As an HVAC Roof Foreman, you'll oversee and coordinate a crew of HVAC techs and subcontractors responsible for mechanical upgrades on roofing projects. You'll ensure each project is executed to Spectrum AC standards, meets submitted engineering requirements, and stays on schedule. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused - expect to be in the field daily, managing and assisting in installations.

Compensation: Starting at $27 an hr or more, based on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend or on-call work, depending on project needs
