Wells Legacy Roofing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners, guiding them through the roofing process from initial consultation to project completion. If you possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales, this opportunity offers unlimited earning potential and the chance to build a successful career in the roofing industry. We also sell full exterior construction and general contracting.

Responsibilities:

•

Lead Generation and Prospecting: Utilize various strategies to identify and connect with potential customers, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

•

Consultative Sales: Conduct thorough inspections of roofs, assess damage, and provide detailed estimates. Present roofing solutions tailored to each customer's needs and budget.

•

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales process.

•

Sales Closing: Confidently close deals and secure contracts.

•

Administrative Tasks: Submission of sales, track leads, and maintain accurate customer records.

•

Project Managing: Be on site and manage your roof builds to ensure quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

•

Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.

•

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

•

Self-Motivation: A high level of self-motivation and drive to achieve sales targets.

•

Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of roofing systems and materials.

•

Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record and reliable transportation.

•

Work Vehicle: Truck is required for this position. If you do not have a vehicle, please apply and we may have a fit for you in another position.

Compensation:

100% commission-based pay structure, offering uncapped earning potential.

Signing bonus/Training pay.
