Qualifications:

Roofing repair experience: 2 years (Preferred)

We’re seeking a skilled and proactive professional with experience in commercial roof repair to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring our repair and maintenance operations run smoothly, providing high-quality results and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As a Roof Repair and Maintenance Specialist, you’ll focus on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and performing roof repairs on commercial buildings, with occasional support for residential roof repairs as needed.

Requirements:

•

Proven experience and expertise in commercial roof repair and maintenance

•

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

•

Attention to detail, with excellent record-keeping capabilities

•

Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•

Ability to understand and speak English; bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus

Job Responsibilities:

•

Perform roof inspections to diagnose damage, leaks, and maintenance needs

•

Conduct commercial roof repairs, including sealing, patching, and minor structural fixes

•

Supervise jobsites and assist roofing crews

•

Set ladders for city building department inspections

•

Organize and maintain tools, materials, and equipment for efficient job completion

•

Take before, during, and after photos for documentation and customer updates

•

Provide timely and professional updates to customers regarding their repair projects

•

Ensure all materials are prepared for each project, coordinating with the team as needed

•

Perform post-repair inspections to confirm all work meets company quality standards

•

Assist with ladder setting, material runs, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment

•

Support the loading and unloading of materials at job sites

•

Contribute to team efforts by completing tasks that keep projects on track and high-quality results for clients

Pay: $22.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday - Friday
