Location: Collegeville, PA (Field-Based Role) | Pay Range: $34–$39/hour | Full-Time

Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Level 3 Residential HVAC Service Technician — a tech who can not only run the call but run it cleaner, faster, and better than most. You’ll be trusted to handle high-priority residential service work with minimal supervision, high visibility, and high expectations.

You'll be the one other techs measure themselves against. If that sounds heavy — good. If that sounds exciting — even better.

What You’ll Do:

- Run complex service calls solo — diagnose, repair, and close the loop

- Communicate like a pro — honest, clear, no B.S.

- Triage problems in the field and push solutions without dragging your feet

- Represent Alpha 1’s standard of service on every doorstep

- Mentor junior techs by example — not lectures

- Stay sharp, move fast, and own your outcomes

What You’ll Bring:

- 4–6 years of serious residential HVAC service experience

- Ability to accurately diagnose and solve issues across all major residential systems

- Strong communication skills with customers and team members

- High mechanical aptitude and true pride in your workmanship

- Reliability, drive, and zero fear of being held to a high standard

Pay & Benefits:
