Location: Collegeville, PA (Field-Based Role) | Pay Range: $40–$46/hour | Full-Time

Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Level 4 Residential HVAC Service Technician — a proven leader in the field who knows how to troubleshoot, fix, communicate, and coach without waiting for permission.

This isn’t a clipboard-and-clipboard kind of leadership. This is hands-on, solve-it-under-fire, teach-while-you-run leadership. You’ll own the toughest calls, represent Alpha 1 at the highest level, and set the tone for every tech coming up behind you.

What You’ll Do:

- Handle top-priority service calls independently — no handholding

- Lead complex diagnostics and make smart, field-driven decisions

- Communicate directly and professionally with customers, no matter how rough the situation

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level techs — by action, not talk

- Maintain the highest standards in workmanship, truck readiness, and customer trust

- Be the example, not the exception

What You’ll Bring:

- 7+ years of direct residential HVAC service experience

- Master-level ability to troubleshoot, repair, and communicate

- The head to lead, the hands to do the work, and the gut to own the outcome

Pay & Benefits:

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
