Brideau Energy is looking to add entry level and experienced HVAC Installers to our growing installation department. This is a full-time, permanent position working daytime hours, with overtime opportunities available. - Removal, replacement, or new installation of oil tanks, burners, boilers, furnaces, water heater, air conditioning systems, and heat pumps in residential properties
- Performing start-ups and system testing to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth installation process
- Documenting work completed and materials used through company-provided iPad and software
- Maintaining a clean and organized service vehicle, tools, and job site
- Providing professional, courteous, and informative customer service
- Adhering to all company and safety procedures
- Experience installing HVAC systems (oil, propane, and AC). Pay will be commensurate with experience.
- Massachusetts Oil Burner Technician License and/or EPA Refrigeration License preferred.
- Candidates without an Oil Burner Technician License must be willing and able to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe (company support available).
- Knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
