HVAC Installer

A signing bonus of up to $5,000 may be offered based on experience. In business since 1929, Aero Energy is a $100 million employee-owned HVAC and fuel delivery company headquartered in New Oxford, PA with additional facilities throughout south central PA and MD. We are looking for full time residential HVAC Installers in Cambridge and surrounding areas. Below are the requirements, responsibilities and benefits that go along with this position.

HVAC Service Technician Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years experience

- EPA Type 1 and 2 certification

- Complete understanding of refrigerant cycle

- Proficient at reading and understanding residential schematics

- Able to be on the “on call” schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Able to read, write and speak English

- Demonstrated ability to complete paperwork properly and according to procedure

- Valid driver’s license

- Able to sit, stand, bend, stoop, kneel and reach for extended periods of time

- Furnish own hand tools

Job Summary:

- You will install, diagnose and repair residential oil and gas heating equipment, air conditioning units, and heat pump units and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment with the understanding that your work will represent Aero Energy's first-class standards.

- Provide all customers with consistent service with an emphasis on quality workmanship, honesty and care

- Uphold Aero Energy's safety standards to ensure incident-free operations.
