Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in framing and carpentry, with the ability to work effectively on various construction sites. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship in building structures that are safe and durable.

Duties

•

Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.

•

Frame walls, roofs, and floors according to blueprints and specifications.

•

Utilize heavy equipment operation for lifting and positioning materials as needed.

•

Collaborate with other construction professionals, including concrete forming specialists and remodelers, to ensure project timelines are met.

•

Perform siding installation and stucco work as part of the finishing process.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work area on the construction site to promote safety.

•

Follow all safety protocols while operating tools and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience as a carpenter or framer or masonry in the construction industry.

•

Knowledge of construction management practices and techniques.

•

Familiarity with various framing techniques, including roof framing and concrete forming.

•

Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds).

•

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•

Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
