POSITION OVERVIEW: Axiom Design Build is looking for an experienced Framer/Carpenter, a skilled and driven professional with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in production framing. Strong knowledge of construction safety, methods, and best practices is essential. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, hard worker, and dedicated craftsperson who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

REPORTS TO: Superintendent, Director of Production, Director of Operations

EXPECTED SKILLS:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must pass a background check

· 3+ years of experience in framing

· Must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle and driver’s insurance

COMPENSATION:

Full-time, hourly position starting at $30 -$40 per hour, Depending on Experience
