JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for supporting the installation and/or servicing home automation systems, consisting of distributed audio and video, surround sound and home theater systems, basic networking, structured cabling, support of other team members, and to play a supporting role to other team members. This position will have face to face interactions with clients and must have the demeanor and acumen to communicate, help resolve customer issues, complaints, and problems. This is a physically active position involving all aspects of installation of projection systems, audio systems, control and automation systems, internet music systems, and universal remote controls.
