Job Title: Residential and Commercial Cleaner

Compensation:

Hourly wage of $16/hr. for the probation period of 4 weeks. Might increase later depending on performance.

Job type: Open to either full-time employees or contractor candidates.

>>> Cleaner Job Responsibilities: + Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming + Cleaning toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, and empties trash + Deep clean kitchen appliances, counters and cabinets + Making beds and doing laundry when necessary + Handling all furniture and appliances carefully + Knowing how to use cleaning products properly; training provided + Cleaning windows and other surfaces

>>> Cleaner qualifications and skills <<< + Candidates who like to clean, take pride in their job, and are detail-oriented will be seriously considered. + Bilingual in English and Spanish (or Portuguese) preferred, but not required. + Highly responsible and reliable + Solid communication and organizational skills + Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities + Ability to work hard and as a part of team + Keen eye for cleanliness and completeness
