Commercial Janitor
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Janitor to maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and basic upkeep of our facilities. This role plays a key part in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Clean and restock designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and restroom sanitation
•
Perform routine inspections and document maintenance or cleaning activities
•
Handle heavy-duty cleaning tasks and participate in special cleaning projects as needed
•
Report any damages, maintenance needs, or safety concerns to management
•
Organize and maintain janitorial supply areas and ensure adequate stock levels
•
Collaborate with team members to support overall cleanliness and safety standards
•
Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene protocols
Qualifications:
•
Previous experience in a janitorial or custodial role preferred
•
Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment and machinery
•
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
•
Strong sense of integrity and the ability to work with minimal supervision
•
High school diploma or equivalent required
