Job Summary

We have several different part time shift options!

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial and residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

•

Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to ensure a clean environment.

•

Execute floor care tasks such as buffing and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

•

Conduct thorough commercial cleaning of facilities, ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained.

•

Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

•

Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas by regularly checking for spills, debris, or other hazards.

•

Support facilities maintenance efforts by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management.

•

Occasionally assist with residential painting projects as required by clients or management.

•

Act as a porter when necessary, ensuring that supplies are stocked and accessible for cleaning tasks.

Skills

•

Proven experience in custodial work or commercial cleaning is preferred.

•

Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and maintenance practices.

•

Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely and effectively.

•

Familiarity with facilities maintenance procedures is a plus.

•

Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

•

Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.

•

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during shifts.
