Job Summary

WBM is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service, ensuring that all areas are thoroughly cleaned and organized to meet our high standards.

Duties

•

Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

•

Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance and hygiene of various surfaces.

•

Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring freshness and cleanliness.

•

Manage housekeeping duties in accordance with established protocols, similar to hotel standards.

•

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.

•

Assist with custodial tasks in common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all occupants.

•

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory.

•

Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus.

•

Strong attention to detail with the ability to sanitize effectively.

•

Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.

•

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

•

Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs may be required.

•

A positive attitude and willingness to learn new cleaning methods and techniques.

•

Monday-Fridays 8am start and 20-30 hours per week.

•

Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid drivers license.

•

Must be 18 years old or older
