Position Specific Description

This role responsible as designated point of contact and project manager for Palm Beach County and Florida Department of Transportation district 4 in West Palm area. Provide agency plan reviews with team of internal and external engineers and consultants, mitigate and avoid conflicts with existing FPL facilities, and coordinate all relocation and service-related agency requests via FPL work orders from design to construction. Certify DOT projects and ensure compliance with Agency rules & regulations along with application of FPL standards, policy, billing and tariff requirements to meet agency schedules.

This job is responsible for applying diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices to a broad variety of assignments and related fields. Employees in this role evaluate, select, and apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform a task or sequence of tasks for conventional projects. This position conducts analysis on system performance and reliability strategy and provides recommendations.
