Crossroads Seamless is seeking a dynamic Reliability Engineer to join our Maintenance Team. This role is essential to building strong reliability practices that improve plant uptime and ensure efficient resource utilization. The Reliability Engineer will lead the development of preventive maintenance systems, conduct Root Cause Failure Analyses (RCFAs), and foster a culture of reliability and continuous improvement throughout the facility.
• Develop, implement, and sustain a Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Program to improve equipment reliability.
• Perform Root Cause Failure Analyses (RCFAs) to address recurring equipment failures and implement long-term solutions.
• Work closely with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering teams to maximize equipment availability and minimize unplanned downtime.
• Establish and track key reliability metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE, and use data to drive improvements.
• Mentor and train maintenance staff in reliability best practices and fundamentals.
• Contribute to spare parts strategies, including identifying critical spares and optimizing inventory.
• Support planning and scheduling by providing reliability input into resource loading and outage coordination.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent industrial maintenance/reliability experience.
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance or reliability engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Proven ability to lead RCFAs and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Experience with CMMS systems, RCM/FMEA, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred.
